As a member supported co-op, we rely on the volunteer work of our members! Without our members volunteering, it would not be possible to continue!
Volunteer Expectations
We expect any members who are able to volunteer! It could be as easy as helping to deliver orders or helping to sort vegetables or as complicated as running Frontier.

Volunteer Opportunities
At the current time, we have the following volunteer opportunities:
Frontier Order Coordinator
We are looking for a member to take over the coordination of Frontier orders. Frontier orders are placed every other month, and the Frontier job requires about 2-3 hours of your time every other month.
Duties involve the following:
- Sending out reminder email to make Frontier orders
- Checking the Frontier website for ordering minimums
- Placing the order on the Frontier website
- Entering the Frontier order data onto the Co-op Website
- Coordinating with the Frontier Delivery Co-ordinator regarding delivery dates
Frontier Delivery Co-Ordinator
We are also looking for someone to take over the coordination of the Frontier deliveries. This job will require about 2-3 hours of your time every other month.
Duties involve the following:
- Receiving the Frontier Order
- Printing out detailed list of member items from WFC website
- Sorting member orders
- Coordinating with Co-op coordinator regarding delivery of orders to members
Produce Sorting Helpers
Every other week, we sort our fruits and vegetables. This position may be volunteered for on an as-available basis. This job requires 1-2 hours of your time on the days that you volunteer. The produce sorting occurs at Vee's house in Parrish and takes place on Friday from 12:30 until approximately 2:00 pm.
Duties involve the following:
- Assisting with sorting vegetables and fruits into member baskets
- Assisting with loading up delivery van.
- Assisting with post-sorting clean-up.
